Now that we have pin point the 3D's to success in the previous article.
Its has been established that success is a Journey. Success is a life Journey every one wish to tread or sojourn. If I may ask, what do you thinks success is? To embark on any successful journey, you need a Journey Pack, which I termed "Success Journey Pack".
The following highlights are key or essential attribute that must be contained in the Journey Pack to ensure safe trip--success.
They are the basic principle of success or personal core values we must maintain as individuals as we travel down in life. There are no shortcut to success, if you are the type that loves to engage in "Shortcut", It high time you stopped. Trying to "Shortcut" means you cutting short one's Journey in Life. Let quickly go through the list, not that long though. So get your pen in other to bookmark.
1. You must have in you or develop a good leadership qualities.
2. You must be an opportunist. Stop the habit of Passing Over Opportunity Repeatedly.
3. Why work hard when you can work smart.
4. Time management must be efficient.
5. Associate yourself with success or successful mentor as success itself is contagious.
6. You must be a able to set Long range vision. Detest from setting myopic vision.
6. Right attitude. Your attitude they say determine your altitude in life. Always be optimistic about situation and life. Behind the dark lies the silver lining.
8. Packaging Matters a lot. Always wear a smile. Always package yourself that is so obscuring that you are passing through any difficulties or challenges at that moment.
9. Intellectual Development. Leaders are readers. Reads more of books that will motivate and inspire you to gain more insight about success.
10. Get or gain Financial Education. Its not enough to accumulate knowledge. What you know should give you an edge and that KnowlEdge. Train yourself to become an Entrepreneur.
11. Potentials. Hoops. Sorry to disappoint you. We are in the era of "what can you do with your hands". If possible you can include in your CV to reveal your potentials. Within everyone lies the power to succeed. Identify your selling point. Ordinary school education would not give such an opportunity.
12. Human resources management. As a leader you must have recognized that you can achieve your goal if you have got no one to follow you. People are central to success of any business. Your customers or user of your services are the public. People or customers are number one.
13. You public speaking skills must be developed.
14. Maturity also has a role to play. Life is all about risk. To succeed, you must be ready to take risk. Your level of success is determined by how much risk you can indulge. Entrepreneurs are good example of risk takers.
15. Grab good rest. Make sure you bag between 7-8 hours of sleep every day. This will put you in good shape to face tomorrow.
16. Good diet. If you not sure what a good diet is, meet a nutritionist.
17. Humility. To really learn from life, you have to be open. You must be ready at all time to accommodate new idea and concepts no matter your age and knowledge base.
