Sample Script Virus

I recently downloaded a script which I eventually ran. After I had finished with the script, I deleted the script.

I had been noticing some strange behaviors on my PC. It didn't occur to me that it was the script I had downloaded and ran weeks before that is causing the unusual behavior on my PC.

Specifically, I started noticing strange triggers on my Google chrome browser. The script would open several other tabs/windows at interval. Display ads, webpage advertisement were been displayed on my Google Chrome browser even programmatically.

At some point, I ignored the occurrence but the rate was becoming unbearable.I couldn't ignore or bear anymore. I tried several methods I knew as an IT Specialist that I had learnt while working as a desktop support technician in my past job experience.

I had read several articles, did  a lot of search online on "How to stop malicious script running on window 7" - I was using a Window 7 Operating System at that time.
